Elvis is formally educated in multi-media and management known as a strong leader amongst business associates and clients. In early 2003 he began his career in the music industry by launching his own independent record label Beneath Street Records Inc in which took his humble investment and within sixteen months (16) helped grow his company over 300% in liquid revenue.
In 2006 he was asked to come aboard as a consultant in a new project owned and operated by Jadakiss, Styles P, and Sheek Louch also known as "The Lox" for their imprint D-Block Records tapping into the now thriving Latino market. The project soon made its way to The Dominican Republic where he began to use the popular imprint to expose and market the artists and products with success.
Due to the alliances formed, and experience with implementing successful marketing plans, and extensive knowledge in corporate business and music industry; Elvis calls Rich Republic a new home to all his business adventures.
